I appear in a TV series currently being shown Tuesday nights 8pm on W channel. Extreme Food Phobics, where Dr Ranj has me helping people overcome their food phobias. (In one session). This is world class therapy, that I do out of the therapy rooms. Extreme food phobics is being aired again on W channel, Tuesday nights at 8pm.

EVENTS
At the Therapy Rooms, we frequently run spiritual events hosted by Reiki Tradition. You can view our intensive list of Events on our Reiki Tradition website by clicking the button at the bottom of this page.
The Therapy Rooms is the home of the Manchester North Local Support Group.
Martin Thirlwell, the Owner Proprietor of Reiki Tradition and The Therapy Rooms, is also the local support group coordinator for the Manchester North Local Support Group. We bring professional speakers to the Therapy Rooms to demonstrate and lecture on an array of different therapies; many of our sessions include attendee participation. Our meetings are held 4 times yearly; each meeting has a different topic and speaker.
Come along; it's a great chance to network and meet likeminded people.
Evening events are usually held on a Friday evening 7pm till 9pm.
A small door entry fee applies:

· None members general public £8
· Students £3.

ABOUT US
Let me introduce myself.
I am Mr Martin R Thirlwell Mfht Mchp CNHC Reg. I have been running my business Reiki Tradition School of Reiki from the Therapy Rooms for quite a number of years now, so I know the Therapy Rooms very well. I have over 40 years’ experience specialising solely in Reiki, the Usui Shiki Ryoho system of natural healing. I am also a lecturer and speaker supporting and working with the Federation of Holistic Therapist (FHT). I work in many hospitals and all major hospices within the Oldham and Tameside area including the Oldham Amputee Chronic Pain Unit. I also work with Manchester Age UK supporting dementia clients, their carers and family members. I support the Sam Buxton Sunflower Healing Trust which is a charity based in Cornwall; their aim is to get a Reiki Practitioner at the bedside of every cancer patient. Reiki Tradition are also leading the way bringing Reiki into the world of midwifery. We are working with Safe Active Birth, Kendal, training midwives so that they attain their Accredited Qualification in Reiki.

Reiki Courses
We offer both Accredited and Non-Accredited Reiki Courses. Accreditation is held with the Federation of Holistic Therapist (FHT).
Reiki Treatments
Treatments are carried out by Professional Accredited Reiki Practitioners who are all DBS Checked and fully insured.
Regression / Past Life
Hypnotherapy, dealing with Traumatic events. Ever wondered why you are drawn to certain Buildings or places Deja vu. Are you suffering pain where everything is Negative ?
Reiki drop in Surgery
Monthly Reiki drop in surgery 7pm till 9pm.
Come along and receive a 20 minuet Reiki Treatment for only £7.50

Manchester North Local Support Group operate from the Therapy Rooms. Great events bring great lecturers on a variety of different subjects. A great opportunity to meet like minded people and a chance to network.
Meditation/Mindfulness
Meditation and Mindfulness classes available from beginner to advanced classes.
Holistic Therapies
At the Therapy Rooms we offer an extensive range of Holistic Therapies by Accredited Certified Therapist. Therapies include, Reflexology, Massage, Hot/Cold Stone Massage, Indian Head Massage, Tai Foot Massage, Natural Facelift and rejuvenation Massage and much more.
