My name is Camille Cravagan Hyp Dip, GQHP,  I am here to help you gain back control of your unwanted thoughts and feels.   Over the years our negative thoughts become ingrained in our psyche and in turn, this becomes our predominate thought or behaviour.   Have you ever heard your -self saying ‘I can’t do that’, ‘I’m not good enough’?    If you say and hear this enough times, you will believe it.  We all have the power for this to change!     This is where Mind Coach can help you, by changing the negativity and expanding the positivity, making the latter the dominant thought and feeling.   You can do this!!

How does Mind Coach work?

​

Our thoughts, feels and even movement are governed by neurons in our brain.   We exercise our bodies and our neurons respond, it’s the same for our mind.   Rather than a body coach I am a mind coach,  accessing the tools, which we all have, to give you the power to control your thoughts and feels.

What can Mind Coach help with?

​

The list is endless; anxiety, stress, confidence, fears, phobias, PTSD, smoking cessation, weight control, sports, pain, unwanted thoughts and or feelings … Anything you want to change!

 I also teach hypno-mindfulness, giving you the tools to help your own mental health, calming and relaxation.

What does Mind Coach do to help make these changes?

Hypnotherapy – nearly all our thoughts stem from our subconscious mind.    Hypnotherapy allows us to access this part of mind and find out what is the cause of any unwanted thoughts and reframe them.   Here we can ‘dampen down’ the unwanted and ‘brighten up’ the wanted.  Helping you become the person you deserve to be.

Neuro-linguistic programming (NLP)  - This is a technique used to assist in changing someone's thoughts and behaviours,  by using language, how we communicate with ourselves and others.   Allowing you to make the changes and achieve your goals.

Emotional Freedom Techniques (EFT) – Also known has ‘tapping’.  By tapping on meridian points, similar to those used in acupuncture, combined with replacing negative thoughts with positive, it is said to rebalance our mind.   Results can happen in just one session.

I have a vast experience of working with clients with ages ranging from 8 – 80!
